Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Green County, Prairie Star Lodge can be found perched high on a hilltop in the middle of 22 acres of beautiful woods and pastures overlooking the hills and valleys of Browntown, Wisconsin. Comfortably sleeping a group of 6-14 guests in our 4,000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom authentic log cabin lodge, we have many amenities for your enjoyment and comfort. A refreshing, 28,000 gallon in-ground swimming pool (seasonal), a relaxing 6-person bubbling hot tub, a hot and steamy sauna room, 2 inviting stone fireplaces, an outdoor bonfire pit, and a fully appointed work space containing fourteen 6-ft individual tables, comfortable adjustable rolling chairs, wall-mounted design boards, a 50 inch HiDef TV with satellite, DVD/Blue Ray player, stereo, WIFI throughout the lodge, and a separate cutting and pressing center, complete with irons, ironing tables, a 2-person cutting table, mats, and rulers.

Prairie Star Lodge offers many spacious areas for you to enjoy, relax, and getaway. Lounge in a large and airy living area with 25-ft high open-beamed ceilings, a bright, naturally lit garden room surrounded by large windows with beautiful views, outdoor porches and decks with rocking chairs and outdoor furniture, a pool area gazebo and gardens, a patio area with seating around the pool deck, and a mile of meditative walking paths that wind into our pastures filled with colorful wild flowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds.

Prairie Star Lodge also offers a fully equipped cook-in kitchen, containing all the pots, pans, gadgets, and appliances found in any home kitchen, for you to make your own home-cooked meals during your stay, or you may visit one of our local sit-down or fast food establishments.
